Description:
Ensuring payroll is correct is a necessary part of being a manager. It is the City Manager's responsibility that all hours worked are recorded accurately by employees. Auditing geolocation is one of a few auditing responsibilities around payroll.
Procedure:
- Ensure your technicians know checking in / out must be done only from WeWork.
- This is an expectation for all technicians in all markets and it is the City Manager’s responsibility to uphold this expectation
- All City Managers must regularly audit their team’s timecards to ensure these expectations are being met.
