Description: 

City Managers are responsible for reviewing, locating, and correcting any and all discrepancies located in the following day’s schedule. City managers must ensure that the Salesforce, Sling, and VetSpire all correspond according to scheduled employee shifts and appointment bookings.

Procedure:

Sling:

  • Verify that the Veterinary Technician is scheduled for one hour more than the scheduled Veterinarian.
  • Each scheduled shift should have on (1) DVM and one (1) Technician assigned.
  • Or two (2) Technicians if it is a Technician Appointment day.

Salesforce:

  • Login to Salesforce and navigate to “Calendars”.
  • Verify that each Team’s calendar corresponds to Sling and VetSpire.
  • Verify each day’s hours of operations (i.e. Service days vs. Non-service days)
  • Verify appointment start and end times.
  • Calendars must reflect drive times (i.e. schedule should reflect a 9 hour workday - 30 minute drive time from starting point to ending point).

VetSpire:

  • Login to VetSpire, select the appropriate team from the drop-down menu, and navigate to “Schedule”.
  • Verify that the schedule reflects employees listed in Sling.
  • Verify that the schedule corresponds with Salesforce.
  • Verify adequate drive time amounts allotted.
