Description:
In an effort to continue to empower our veterinary technicians, The Vets requires one technician day is scheduled per week.
Procedure:
- Technician run days can operate across multiple SA’s..
- Prepare for longer drive times since the team will be servicing all areas.
- Tech Appointments available once or twice a week depending on need.
- Schedule clients with the expectation to be seen in the morning or afternoon not specific “time”.
- 15-30 min appointment length.
- Medical Teams decide what is considered a Technician Appointment.
- Tech MUST provide the owner with expectation of appointment (No DVM).
- Tech will provide a time frame expectation with the owner (morning or afternoon).
- Tech Appointments will be sent in Market Slack Channel using the following format
- Date of Follow-Up Visit
- Time Frame (am/pm).
- Client Name.
- Pet Name.
- Type of Visit.
- Visit Length.
- Comments.
- Screenshot (If relevant).
- BAs to approve receipt and confirm new booking.
