New DVM Production Bonus

We are excited to announce that effective immediately, full-time veterinarians will be eligible to earn a production bonus based on quarterly revenue generated! This bonus is designed to recognize and reward the hard work and dedication of our veterinarians and we are confident that it will continue to expand the high quality care we provide to pets.

There will be two optional Q&A sessions regarding the bonus plan this Wednesday at 6:30pm EST and 9:30pm EST. This session is a time for you to ask questions to Joanne Murray (Chief People Officer) and Dr. Zach Mills (VP of Medical Performance) regarding the new DVM bonus plan. You do not need to attend both meetings. If you would like to attend, please choose the time that works best for your schedule. If you are unable to attend, a video recording will be available on the Knowledge Center.
