Wellness Plans Available

April 16, 2023

Starting in January, we would like to re-introduce the Wellness Guidelines that were introduced by Shiran Ferber, at the Mini Town last month. We have worked with our board of Veterinary Professionals and have developed a variety of Wellness Guidelines based on the pet's age, and breed.

Our Guidelines have been tested in a few select cities, and we have seen positive results in not only client compliance, and standard of care, but also Average Transaction Cost.

All Wellness/Vaccine appointments on the teams schedule are reviewed, and a pre-appointment email is sent to each of the the medical teams with suggested vaccines and diagnostic testing. Along with the team email, each of the clients is also sent a pre-appointment communication advising them of pet specific needs for vaccinations and possible diagnostic testing due.

We know every member the The Vets team plays a role in providing patient care that is personalized to each pet that is seen by the medical team. Pre-appointment communications to the medical team and the client assist with preparation for the veterinary visit, advising clients to collect fecal samples, keep their pets from urinating, and to provide an area large enough for the medical team to examine their pet. We know wellness and prevention are the key to maintaining your patient's health, and allowing them to have a happy life.

In the upcoming weeks we will be discussing proper preventatives, recommended diagnostic testing and client education techniques. Please refer to the Knowledge Center for electronic layouts as well as PDF copies of each of the Wellness Guidelines.
