I am a 6 year economics and American government high school teacher turned veterinary technician turned veterinarian. The mountains called so I went to Colorado State University for veterinary school after leaving the sunny, humid, and thriving city of Miami, FL. I have gone through all of these transitions with my four-legged, best K9 friend, Sharky.

Fun facts

My dog, Sharky found me in the Everglades while on a kayaking camping trip. I enjoy scuba diving but he does not. I also enjoy playing billiards while he prefers chomping on a tennis ball watching Dog TV on YouTube.
