Dr. Kari Murdoch

I graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, located on the beautiful island of St. Kitts in 2015. I truly love that as a general practitioner, I can treat a little bit of everything. I also enjoy dermatology, internal medicine, ophthalmology and quality of life / end of life care. I believe that preventative quality care/medicine gives the best overall life for the pet and happiness with the owner. Growing up in an environment surrounded by many animals (my aunt and uncle had 2 horses, many cats and dogs, along with other “outside critters' '), made me thrive in ways I could have never imagined. I wanted to do whatever I could to give back to these animals, the way they did for me.

When I am not working, I enjoy reading and baking in my spare time. I love anything chocolate (gluten free of course!), chocolate cake, chocolate bars (Hershey’s, Butterfinger, Snickers, Twix and Reese). I currently shares my home with my 11 month-old puppy, Truffles, a female labradoodle, who is a ball of energy.  Some of Truffles favorite things include eating foreign objects.  Truffles keeps me on my toes!
