Difficult exchanges with clients can create anxiety and stress among veterinary team members, resulting in psychological distress and job dissatisfaction. During this webinar, easy and practical strategies for effective client communication will be shared, including examples of appropriate language and phrasing. All team members are welcome to attend and will come away with the confidence and skills to navigate challenging client conversations with ease.
