Aircall launch

The Vets migrated to a new phone system this Summer by transitioning off Fastcall and moving over to Aircall. The Vets successfully ported over 50+ numbers to our new Aircall phone provider successfully on our July 4^th American holiday with no client facing downtime. Transitioning over to Aircall has allowed us to launch our Voice Post Call CSAT survey, improve our KPI reporting capabilities, opened up IVR enhancement opportunities, provided call type tagging options and has allowed us to integrate with our Zendesk ticketing platform more efficiently as well. The Operations team is excited to fully take advantage of all the added benefits Aircall has to offer over the next year while continuing to address any technical challenges that come our way.
