As such, The Vets implemented a lucrative referral bonus program designed to entice our existing team members to help recruit people they know and respect.  Details of this program are described below. Who is eligible?

In order to be eligible for a referral bonus your referral must be hired and work continuously for  90 calendar days. In addition you need to be employed at the time the candidate reaches their 90th day.

What are the referral bonus amounts?

Medical Teams::

• Full-Time Vet - $5,000
• Part-Time Vet - $1,000
• Relief Vet - $500
• Vet Tech - $500
• City Manager - $500

Non-Medical Teams:

• Director and above: $1000
• Other Non-executive Professional - $500
• Booking Agent - $250
• CSR - $250

When will I receive my referral incentive?

Your bonus will be paid out in the regular pay period following your referral's 90th day of employment.
