Management Effectiveness Survey

Hello Operations Team Members,

We are very excited to announce the launch of Lattice, our new employee engagement tool. To start we’re using Lattice to run a Manager Effectiveness Survey. This survey is your opportunity to express your views on what is working well and what we need to do better. Your answers are anonymous, so please answer honestly.

Please look for an invitation email from Lattice and make sure to register for your account on Monday, February 20th. You must register to take the survey. Registering is simple and the entire survey is designed to be 10-15 minutes on average.

The survey is closing on Friday, March 3rd, so please submit the survey before then! After the survey is finished, your management will review the feedback and develop action plans to address where we can improve. Thank you for your time to express your views.
