Q: What do you see as the most significant challenges and opportunities in your role, especially in your market?

A: Most significant challenges - Data consolidation, KPI development (FCR7 + Save rate) AI integration, etc. 

Most exciting Opportunities - Training enhancements, Membership Cross sell, Outbound Sales + Churn trigger campaigns, Inbound retention campaigns + New BPO Vendor launches

Q: Can you share a specific project or initiative you've been involved in that you're particularly proud of?

A: Changing our phone system to Aircall which led to Zendesk integration, IVR restructure, Post call Survey + greater KPI exposure opportunities.
