New Customer Care Representative Team Lead

It is with great pleasure that we announce our team member Marie Stojanvoski has accepted the position of Customer Care Representative Team Lead (CCRTL) and assumed her new duties on Monday Jan 30, 2023!

Marie has consistently demonstrated her dedication to our clients and their pets by always providing consistent first-in-class support and a “Client First” mindset. During her time as a CCR, Marie has demonstrated her in-depth knowledge of the policies and procedures, as well as taken great initiative to help and support her team members with any questions they may have.

Over the next few days, Marie will be getting familiar with her new role and responsibilities so let's wish her all the best success in her new role, and a major CONGRATULATIONS on her growth! Please note, we will be setting up a new slack tag for the CCRTL and will be sure to keep you updated!
