Ranger Update 1.13.X

Ranger update 1.13.X: The following improvements are included in the update for this week!

1. Diagnosis field: We have added many new diagnosis options, and they are divided by category. This should make it easier to find the necessary diagnosis and reduce the need for the free text box.

2. Appointments externally completed are now represented as such on the appointment screen. Before this fix, Ranger would know to display the appointment as complete, but because there was no Ranger session data teams would arrive at the appointment screen with no way to "proceed". Now on the appointment screen, we have a block of text in place of the View Session button saying that the session was finalized externally. It also instructs the teams to refer to the medical records screen for this information.

3. Vets who are not in Sling on a given day (day off, sick, etc...) are currently unable to edit past appointments that they are a provider of. This version fixes this "miss" we had in the first iteration of the team access feature. Now - no matter if the vet is on a sling shift or not, he/she will be able to edit appointments they are the provider of. It is important to note that this applies only to vets and not techs.

4. Phone numbers (client directory, appointment screen) are formatted in a more user-friendly manner - 1234567890 to (123) 456-7890.

5. Minor UI and bug fixes.
