Hello teams! The newest Ranger version is coming this week! This version includes a couple of enhancements to help our medical teams in the field. Please see below and read this update in its entirety as it is very important.

1. DVM License numbers saving to Ranger

• When added to a Rabies pop up for the first time, will save to Ranger. It is very important that all users verify the correct provider is listed so that we are not saving incorrect license numbers to the incorrect doctor.

2. Rabies pop up and certificate modifications

• Vaccine type and brand have been added to the pop up and certificate to be compliant with health certificate requirements.

‍

3. Paid sessions appearing in Medical Records page for pets

• Previously, only finalized records were available in the pet’s medical history. Now, sessions in "Paid" status will also show up in the medical history. This will not only help with record visibility but can help teams determine sessions that have not yet been finalized within Ranger itself.

‍

4. 100% discount ability

• Teams will now be able to change a session to "Paid" status in Ranger when it is a complimentary visit. The client will receive an invoice showing $0 paid but will not receive a payment receipt.

5. Bug fixes, including the error code 500 when finalizing sessions.
