Reminder: HR Open Enrollment (The Vets Holding)

Open enrollment will take place from March 14- 24, 2023.  All eligible employees have to enroll or decline their health care benefits at this time.  Our new health care benefits will be effective 04/01/23.

If you do nothing, you could lose your healthcare coverage offered by The Vets.

If you were unable to attend the live open enrollment session, please visit our Human Resources page for the video link and benefits resources.

Below are the instructions for the open enrollment for all employees in The Vets Holding entity:

1.   For all employees who are currently enrolled, the election form needs to be completed.  If you are not making any changes and wish to remain on the BASE plan, please select that you are not making any changes.

2.   If you are selecting the BUY Up plan, please select the BUY UP option and complete.

3.   If you are waiving benefits, please select the waive benefits option.  

4.  The UHC enrollment form is for those who are enrolling for the first time or making changes (additions/terminations).  Please download the attached PDF form, complete and return to hr@thevets.com as soon as possible.

Once you have completed the election and/or enrollment form, please return to hr@thevets.com.  All forms need to be returned by March 25, 2023.
