Welcome Jason Bray

We are excited to announce the addition of Jason Bray, our new Director of Customer Support.

Jason brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in building, launching, and fine-tuning inbound and outbound call center operations.

Over the course of his career, he has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, learning the inner workings of the dynamic call center environments both as a customer care and technical support specialist committed to providing stellar service and support to all callers, and a leader tasked with ensuring that his teams achieved and maintained ambitious KPIs, and contributed to the ongoing growth of the business.

Jason is fluent in both French and English and his hobbies include 3D Printing and design, photography, cooking and traveling. Jason currently has no pets, but is a sucker for Golden Retrievers and all the dogs in the neighborhood know him as the cookie man.
