Booking System Updates

The team released phase 1 and 2 of the acknowledgement SMS (short messaging system) for customers. The Vets can now cover sending initial SMS, asking clients to acknowledge or cancel appointments. Furthermore, the system will send two extra reminders within a 3 hour window. In addition to SMS communication, confirmation emails were improved for better and easier add-to-calendar functionality. The booking system is now also requiring a credit card for any appointments made over 4 days in advance.
