Ranger Updates

Ranger is our personalized software created to enhance the veterinary experience for our medical professionals. Ranger's purpose is to make visits seamless, and provide transparency between our doctors and clients. Since this program is created just for The Vets, we control every aspect of its abilities which gives us the opportunity to listen to what our vets and vet techs have to say and implement those changes to improve their experience not only with Ranger, but with The Vets.

Over the months of June and July, the team released the 1.2.0 version of Ranger which includes: 

• Support for out of session bookings
• Rabies dates fix
• Adding a training mode which allows training and on boarding without corrupting data
• Inventory and client history sync from VS.
• Objective default notes.

Additionally, Ranger's billings and invoices data is fully synced and available for consumption.

Next, the team will work on adding continuous autosave for sessions which replaces the need to click on “Complete Session” to save all data. They will also be spending time working on SMS communication between Ranger and clients as well as fixing bugs that were present during the initial roll out.
